As the administrator of the site, I am able to upload files with ease. The end user accesses Director Access through an App on iPads which the Bank has supplied and manages. Training took less than one hour. We are thrilled with this solution that allows us to access current and archived documentation, anytime, anywhere. I can also administer the portal on the go, a convenience that ensures that anyone locked out during non-business hours is able to access time critical information."
