Version 5.2

Release Date: February 2012
  • The Site Administrator will have the ability to view and correct all locked out users on one page.
  • The “Attach Multiple Files” to a form now offers the PDF restrictions that were previously only available when uploading a single file.
  • The client’s logo will now appear on the login screen.

Version 5.1

Release Date: October 2011
  • The client’s logo will appear in the upper left corner of every page. Clicking on the logo will bring you to the Home Page.
  • There has been a slight change in the appearance of the menu. Also, a static footer has been added.
  • The Logout key has been removed. Users must click the Logout link.
  • The New Messages indicator and the New Forms indicator will only appear when you have a new message or form.
  • After attaching a file to a form, the Finish button has been eliminated.
  • The System Administrator has the option to activate a notification email feature for calendar events.
  • The Forms Administrator can set PDF restrictions for file attachments in the Update Form Header.
  • The System Administrator can change the colors of the menu.
  • The System Administrator can change the colors of the heading and sub heading on the calendar.
  • The System Administrator can create a custom menu.
  • If the custom menu is activated, a Dashboard will appear on all pages. The content will display as follows: 5 upcoming Calendar Events, 5 New Messages, and 5 My Forms.

Version 5.0

Release Date: June 2011
  • On the Calendar, the user will only see their events.
  • On the Calendar, the Category is no longer a required field.
  • The Group Type of "Committee" now has a calendar font color field.
  • A Menu Template page is available.
  • PDF Annotation is now offered.
  • If the PDF Annotation is activated, the user will have a new view of the form
  • An Expiration can be entered for all PDF Annotation files.
  • An Expiration can be entered for all Form Attachments.

Version 4.8

Release Date: May 2011
  • User has the option to change their local time zone from the "Personal Information" page.
  • On the Calendar, the administrator can change all event occurrences at once.
  • A group type of Director Access has been added. This will allow multiple Site Administrators to upload files to the same form.
  • For Director Access sites, the Directory/Internal Groups will default to the group type of committees.
  • For Director Access sites, the Delete button will be hidden on all pages for Site Administrators that have Edit permissions.
  • For Director Access sites, the Directory/Internal Users has a Groups button for an Administrator to add or delete the user from committees and approval groups.
  • A new form field data type of Blinking Label has been added. It displays a blinking text message.
  • A new form field data type of Confirm Password/Blinking Label has been added. It displays a blinking text message until the Confirm Password/Signature field has been checked. Then the message will no longer appear.

Version 4.7

Release Date: February 2011
  • User has the option to change their local time zone from the "Personal Information" page.
  • The Approval Administrator may now vote on behalf of their voting members.
  • The Approval Administrator can vote on behalf of the voting members.
  • An Approval can now be cancelled by the Administrator.
  • The Calendar Administrator can assign an event to a group. A user can filter on this group.

Version 4.6

Release Date: December 2010
  • An Approval feature is available for voting with an option to vote anonymously if activated by the Administrator. Detailed reports with totals can be viewed by the Administrator. A one-time system email reminder can be generated.
  • The Administrator can enter an expiration date for a user to prevent them from logging into the site after that date.
  • Public comments left by users for a meeting can be deleted all at once by the Administrator.
  • The Administrator can allow users to delete their own comments from a meeting.
  • Audit logs can be made available to the Administrator in order to track the actions of users. Your organization can opt to have the audit logs removed if tracking is not desired.

Version 4.5

Release Date: July 2010
  • A user can export Calendar events as an iCalendar file. It can be imported into Google Calendar, Outlook 2007 and Apple products such as iPad and iTouch.
  • A user can now change their personal information in the Directory.
  • System-generated emails will contain the Director Access logo and your company logo. The email content is now customizable.
  • Multiple form attachments can be uploaded simultaneously. PDF restrictions and the PDF conversion are not available using this form attachment method.

Version 4.1.2

Release Date: February 2010
  • The Administrator can add recurring calendar events.
  • A user can display alternate views in the Directory.
  • A user sending an internal message can notify the recipient via email that they have received a new message.
  • The Administrator can link a calendar item to the corresponding committee package.
  • A user can add an attachment to an internal message.
  • The Administrator can have the toolbar removed to restrict the user from saving a PDF form attachment.
